Apple Cinnamon Infused Vodka

Ingredients

• 1 apple - washed, cored and sliced
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 2 cups distilled vodka

Preparation

Step 1

In 1-pint canning jar, place apple slices and cinnamon stick.
Add vodka to jar, making sure apple slices are covered. Seal jar.
Makes 1 jar (1 pint)


Recipe can be easily doubled or tripled.
You can omit cinnamon, if desired.
The longer you leave the apples and cinnamon in the vodka, the stronger the flavor will be. Shorter time equals subtle flavor.
