Ingredients
- 1/2 pound asparagus, cut in 2-inch pieces
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups smoked turkey breast, cubed
- 1 (8-oz.) can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained, reserve juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Boil or steam asparagus until crisp tender. Drain and cool.
Combine cooled asparagus, blueberries, turkey, and pineapple tidbits in a medium bowl. Shake or whisk together 1/4 cup reserved pineapple juice, honey, and olive oil. Pour dressing mixture over the salad and toss gently.
