Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 pint half and half
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding
  • 1/4 cup nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Roll cookie dough into a ball and flatten. Roll out cookie dough with a rolling pin dipped in flour, into a 13" circle on a 15 inch stone. Bake cookie for 12-15 minutes or until browned. Let cool 10 minutes. Run serrated knife or spatula under crust to loosen from stone. Cool completely. Combine cream cheese and sugar; set aside.

In a bowl combine half and half and instant pudding and whisk. Let set until firm, about 5 minutes. Spread cream cheese mixture thoroughly over cookie base. Layer pudding mixutre over cream cheese layer. Chop nuts and sprinkle over cookie. Chill until serverd.
