Ingredients
- TOFU SALAD
- INGREDIENTS
- 1 block tofu (firm) drained and cubed
- 1 pkg (16 oz) bean sprouts, run under hot water for 1 min.
- 1/2 onion (Maui) diced
- 1 can tuna or salmon, drained and flaked
- 4-5 tomatoes diced
- 1 bunch watercress sliced
- SAUCE
- 1/8 cup sesame oil
- 1/8 cup corn oil
- 1/2 cup shoyu (King Shoyu)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
