  • 1 block tofu (firm) drained and cubed
  • 1 pkg (16 oz) bean sprouts, run under hot water for 1 min.
  • 1/2 onion (Maui) diced
  • 1 can tuna or salmon, drained and flaked
  • 4-5 tomatoes diced
  • 1 bunch watercress sliced
  • SAUCE
  • 1/8 cup sesame oil
  • 1/8 cup corn oil
  • 1/2 cup shoyu (King Shoyu)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
