- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 oz.) bag shredded coconut
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1/2 lb. (2 sticks) butter

Preparation
Step 1
Grease oblong pan with butter or cooking spray. Dump can of pineapple and juice and spread evenly. Dump coconut on top of pineapple and spread. Dump cake mix on top of coconut and spread evenly. Cut 2 sticks of butter into thin slices and cover entire surface. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
