Cucumber Spread

Ingredients

• 1 large cucumber
• 1/4 c. onion, grated
• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• dash Tabasco
• 1 drop green food coloring, opt.

Preparation

Step 1

Grate peeled cucumber and onion into mixing bowl. Drain well to remove juice. In separate bowl, beat cream cheese, mayo and Tabasco together until smooth. Blend in cucumber and onion. Taste for seasoning. Chill.
