Ingredients
- 2 to 3 pound beef rump or other roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 20 to 25 baby carrots
- 3 large potatoes cut into chunks with skins on

Preparation
Step 1
Place beef roast in the Crock Pot cooker
Place vegetables around and on top of roast
Mix cream of mushroom soup, onion mix and water together
Pour over roast and vegetables
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours
