Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (3oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tb. chopped green onion
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1-2 drops green liquid food coloring
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and grated
  • 24 slices white sandwich bread

Mix first 8 ingredients. Spread thinly on bread and remove crusts. Cut into quarters.
