Ingredients
- Turkey and roast beef add extra meatiness to this delicious spin on a traditional Cuban sandwich.
- 8 (3 oz.) white sub rolls, split
- 8 Tb. yellow mustard
- 8 dill pickle sandwich slices
- 12 oz. thinly sliced deli roast turkey
- 12 oz. thinly sliced deli ham
- 12 oz. thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 12 (1 oz.) Swiss cheese slices
- 1/4 c. olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Spread cut sides of each roll with mustard. Layer bottom halves of rolls with pickle slices and next 4 ingredients; top with remaining roll halves, pressing sandwiches together gently. Brush outsides of rolls with olive oil.
2. Cook sandwiches, in batches, in a preheated panini press 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
