Ingredients
- 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 Cup butter
- 6 lg chicken breasts
- 2 tea beau monde
- 1/2 tea dried tarragon
- 1 Cup dry white wine
- 1 Cup sour cream
- 1/2 Cup chopped green onions

Preparation
Step 1
Saute sliced mushrooms in 2 T butter until golden. Remove mushrooms and reserve
Add remainding butter to pan and brown chicken. Sprinkle with beau monde while browning, Add mushrooms, sprinkle with tarrogon, pour wine over
Cover and simmer for 45 min until tender
Remove chickento platter, spoon sour cream in juices and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with green onions. I serve with wild rice
