Ingredients
- 4 Cups frozen hash browns
- 1 T minced dry onion ( I use 1/2 C fresh onion)
- 1 tea salt
- 1/4 tea pepper
- 1 Cup cream of celery soup
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 1 Cup sour cream
- 1 jar diced pimento
- 3/4 Cup grated sharp cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes in greased 9x9x2 pan
Sprinkle with next onion,salt and pepper
Blend soup and milk together in a pan, heat to boiling, add sour cream and pimento,pour over potatoes.
Bake at 375 for 15 min
Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake 15 min
