  • 1 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tb. vanilla
  • Toppings: whipped cream, berries

Step 1

Beat butter and cream cheese on medium until creamy; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating until combined. Combine flour and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, beating on low speed just until blended after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Pour batter into greased and floured 10" Bundt pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 10-15 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack. Garnish each slice with whipped cream and berries.
