Peanut Butter Drops

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 cup Light Karo Syrup
• 6 cups Cornflakes

Preparation

Step 1

Bring sugar and syrup to a boil. Meanwhile, pour cornflakes into separate bowl. Take off heat when sugar mixture boils & stir in peanut butter until smooth. Pour over the cornflakes, and fold it all together. Drop by the spoonful or cookie scoop onto waxed paper. Makes anywhere from 30-40.
Optional: can drizzle with melted chocolate if wanted
