2 ounces dry vermouth
4 cocktail onions

Preparation

Step 1

Add the gin and vermouth to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until very cold. Strain into chilled martini glasses and garnish each with 2 cocktail onions skewered onto a toothpick.
