Ingredients

  • 8 dill pickles, cut into med thick slices
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup beer
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Hot pepper sauce to taste
  • Oil for frying

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients except the pickles. Dip the pickle slices into the batter and drop into the hot oil until the pickles float to the top (about 4 minutes).
