Ingredients
- 8 dill pickles, cut into med thick slices
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup beer
- 1 1/4 Tbsp paprika
- 1 1/4 Tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/4 Tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Hot pepper sauce to taste
- Oil for frying

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all ingredients except the pickles. Dip the pickle slices into the batter and drop into the hot oil until the pickles float to the top (about 4 minutes).
