Ingredients
- 6 oz. edamame, thawed
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 Tbs. rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbs. water
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mostly smooth. Add more salt or vinegar to taste if necessary. Serve with pita wedges.
