Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce package dried cheese-filled ravioli or tortellini
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes (about 2 large)
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Cook ravioli as directed on package; drain. Cook remaining ingedients except cheese in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until tomatoes are soft.
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place ravioli in 8x8 baking dish. Spread ricotta cheese over ravioli. Pour tomato sauce over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until hot.
