Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie shell
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 C. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 C. butter, softened
  • 1 C. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 C. chopped nuts
  • Sweetened whip cream or ice cream (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Beat eggs in large mixer bowl on high speed until foamy. Beat in flour, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in butter. Stir in morsels and nuts. Spoon into pie shell.
3. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until done. Cool on wire rack. Serve warm with cream.
