Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken breast, skinless and boneless
- 1 tbsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp. granulated garlic
- 2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
- 12 fl. oz. amber beer
- 1 - 14 oz. bottle of barbeque sauce
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients - except the chicken - in a slow cooker and whisk to combine.
Place the chicken in the sauce and cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred; place back in the slow cooker for 20 minutes to absorb the sauce. Serve on rolls with some of the sauce.
