Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups dried white beans
- 1/2 lb. bacon, sliced
- 2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 1/2 cups hot water

Preparation
Step 1
Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for another 4 hours; check for seasoning and serve.
