Ingredients
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 small shallot, minced
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 6 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- fine sea salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 lemon

Preparation
Step 1
First heat toaster oven to broil. Line a cookie sheet with foil; set aside
Peel, devein and butterfly shrimp. Lay knife on shrimp to butterfly and pat shrimp until lay flat. Try leaving tails on if you like. I removed them and shrimp curled so next time will leave tails on shrimp.
Stir together the garlic, shallot, parsley, soft butter, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
3. Lay shrimp on the foil lined cookie sheet and generously brush each side with garlic butter.
Simply delicious!!
