Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 5 cloves garlic; minced
- Zest of half of a lemon
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Handful of fresh parsley
- Pinch of chili powder
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- Flour

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine garlic, lemon, parsley, mustard, chili powder, salt, pepper and ground turkey in a bowl
2. Shape into patties
3. Flour, egg, and breadcrumb each of the patties
4. Lay on a tray and brush each patty with a small amount of olive oil
5. Bake in the over for approximately 20-25 minutes or until the burgers are cooked through
