Ingredients
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. flour
- 2 Tb. chopped chives
- 1 tsp. whole caraway seed
- 1 tsp. steak sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
- 1 Tb. salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat butter and cheese using lowest speed of an electric mixer until well blended. Add next 5 ingredients; mix until a soft dough forms. On a lightly floured surface, use a floured rolling pin to roll out dough to 1/4" thickness. Use a tree-shaped cookie cutter to cut out crackers. Transfer to a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle salt over crackers. Bake 12-15 minutes or until crackers are light brown. Cool completely on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
