Ingredients
- Note:
- 1 lb Hamburger
- 1 Onion, medium
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Garlic Clove, or 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 4-oz can Mushrooms,(stems and pieces, drained)
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2-3 cups Hot Cooked Noodles (or rice)
- Mom used 4-5 cups egg noodles, probably to make it go further

Preparation
Step 1
Brown the onions and hamburger in a large skillet. Drain grease.
Add butter, garlic, flour, and salt. Cook and stir until well mixed.
Add mushrooms and soup, stirring until well blended and completely heated. Stir in sour cream and heat all the way through.
Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
