CAULIFLOWER - Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/3 head cauliflower, cut into extra small florets, about the size of marbles
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • chopped fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In the bottom of a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, ginger, and turmeric. Add cauliflower and toss until florets are evenly coated. Season with salt and black pepper.

Place cauliflower in a single layer on lightly oiled baking sheet. Roast until brown at edges and tender, about 20 minutes. Toss with fresh cilantro right before serving.

A squeeze of lemon or lime might be nice here.
