Ingredients
- pine nuts 1/2 C
- olive oil
- broccoli 3 C
- cremini mushrooms (fresh) 2 C
- grape tomatoes - halved 1 pkg
- dill 1 tsp
- garlic 6 cloves
- kosher salt 1 tsp
- lemon juice 4 TB
- chicken - if wanting to serve as main course

Preparation
Step 1
in large frying pan add pinenuts, oil & sliced mushrooms
cook until mushrooms are dark & tender
add broccoli cook until broccoli is crisp tender
add halved tomatoes, oil, garlic, salt, dill
serve hot
add cooked chicken chunks if wanting to serve as main course
