Ingredients
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1/4 c canola oil
- 1/3 c fresh lemon juice (about3 lemons)
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 t dried oregano
- 1/4 t sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Place all the ingredients in a pint jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well and store in the refrigerator. When ready to use, let it come to room temperature and shake well.
