Ingredients
- 3 cups tricolor rotini pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
- 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped, unpeeled cucumber
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup Italian Salad Dressing
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

Preparation
Step 1
Toss all ingredients in large bowl.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
Note: if cherry tomatoes are not available, chop a few plum tomatoes.
If you prefer, substitute chopped red and green bell peppers for the cucumber.
