1 fifth Everclear
2 fifths + 2 cups water
2 cups burnt sugar
1 cup cherry juice

Step 1

Carmelize brown sugar (2 1/2 cups water to 1 cup sugar.) First melt brown sugar then add water carefully. Stir to dissolve the sugar and simmer for 1/2 hour. Cool completely. Add rest of ingredients and bottle. Enjoy well chilled.
