Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1/4 cup dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup dry milk
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Place everything but the cheese in a pot. Bring to a boil, lower heat, place lid on rice and simmer till liquid is completely absorbed. Once cooked, toss with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Variations: Add herbs de Provence or Italian herb mixes, or a dash of cayenne.
