Fudgy Devils Food Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box Devil's Food cake mix
• 1/2 cup baking cocoa
• 2 egg whites
• 1 egg
• 1 1/3 cup water
• 1 cup reduced-fat plain yogurt
• 1 1/2 tsp. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In large mixing bowl, mix cake mix and cocoa together. Combine the egg whites and egg, water and yogurt then add dry ingredients and beat well until thoroughly combined. Place into a tube pan prepared with non-stick spray.
Place in oven at 350 for approximately 35-40 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack - to cool completely.
Top with confectioner's sugar.
