Ingredients
- 3 cups coarsely chopped smoked turkey breast
- 3 cups mixed salad greens
- 3/4 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 3/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 4 tablespoons light Ranch salad dressing
- 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas

Preparation
Step 1
package directions. Top each tortilla with 1 cup of turkey mixture; roll up. Cut each wrap in half diagonally.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve corn on the cob on the side. Add a relish tray of celery and carrot sticks and whole black olives.
VEGETARIAN: Skip the turkey and add some more veggies.
KOSHER: No changes necessary.
GLUTEN FREE: Make sure smoked turkey and Ranch dressing are gluten free and use your favorite gluten free tortillas.
