Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup uncooked chickpeas
- 3 med garlic cloves crushed
- 1 1/2 t salt
- dash of tamari
- 2 T lemon juice
- 3/4 cup of tahini
- 1/4 c finely minced parsley
- 1/4 c minced stallions
- 1/2 c yoghurt, plain
- black pepper and dash of cayenne

Preparation
Step 1
Soak the chickpeas for 1 1/2 hrs and boil them until very soft
Mash to a thick paste and combine with all other ingredients
