Preparation
Step 1
Add ingredients to your bread machine in the following order. water and oil, flour, salt and sugar. Make a small well in the center of the dry ingredients and add yeast.
Let bread machine on the dough cycle and run.
While dough is kneading you can make your pizza sauce recipe
When cycle is finished. Roll out your dough in the shape to fit your pizza pan. (if you've doubled the recipe divide dough in half if making 2 crusts) I use round and rectangle stoneware pans.
Simply make a flattened round and use a rolling pin to roll out your dough.
Sprinkle your pizza pans with corn meal.
Remember pizza sauce and toppings will be covering your crust so if you don't get that perfect shape it is ok. Fudge a little and squish or stretch the dough around to fit your pan.
Add pizza sauce and toppings. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese is well melted. Serve with a fresh green salad.
