- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- Dash of Italian seasoning
- Dash of salt
- 4 teaspoons olive oil

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking dish with vegetable cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine seasoned bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and salt. Mix well.
Lay chicken on a plate and coat with olive oil. Coat chicken on both sides with bread crumb mixture. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over chicken.
Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until done.
