Ingredients
- 1/2 white onion
- 1/4 of a pineapple (2-3 spears)
- 1/2 C. orange juice
- 1/4 C. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. chile powder
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 3-4 pounds pork shoulder

Preparation
Step 1
Blend onion, pineapple, orange juice, vinegar, chile powder, garlic, salt, oregano and cumin into a paste. Place pork roast in crockpot and cover with paste. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Shred. Serve in corn tortillas with pico, radishes, pineapple and cilantro.
