  • 8 chicken pieces
  • 1 box (medium) Minute Rice
  • 1 1/2 Tb. instant chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 Tb. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

Bake chicken pieces in a shallow dish for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Cook rice according to package directions. When water and butter boils, add spices and onions to water. As water boils again, add rice; cover and remove from heat. Take chicken from overn. Remove from grease, reserving1/3 cup in the dish. Mix soup with grease. Add rice. Place chicken on rice. Heat for 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
