  • Rice, Cooked for 6 (can make day before)
  • Olive oil
  • 3 Green Onions
  • Ham, chopped
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 small bag Frozen Peas & Carrots
  • 2 T. Soy Sauce
  • 2 T. Yoshida's Sweet & Savory

Preparation

Step 1

Heat Onions & ham in oil. Add eggs, veggies, soy sauce, sweet & Savory, then add rice until heated. Add salt & pepper and a little more oil.

Serve with egg rolls or wontons.
