Ingredients
- 2 envelopes unflavored Knox gelatin
- ! Cup cold water
- 1 can condensed Cream of Celery soup 1/2 tea salt
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 T instant minced onion
- 1 Cup mayonaise
- 2 T diced pimento
- 1 Cup diced celery
- 2 Cups diced cook chicken

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle gelatin over water in med saucepan, place on low heat and stir constantly until gelatin dissolves
Remove from heat, stir in undiluted soup, salt, lemon juice, minced onion
and mayonaise. Beat with rotary beater till smooth.
Chill stirring occasionaly until mixture thickens slightly.
Add celery and chicken, turn into loaf pan or mold.
Chill till firm.
Flavor better if made day before
