Ingredients
- 3/4 tea salt
- dash pepper
- 1/2 Cup flour
- 2 1/2 lbs round steak 1" thick
- 2 T oil
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1/2 green pepper diced
- 1 1/2 Cups water
- 1/2 Cup ketchup

Preparation
Step 1
Add salt and pepper to flour, pound in meat
Brown steak in skillet in oil
Then add the onions and green pepper on top of steak
Pour ever the ketchup in water.
Cover tightly and simmer slowly about 1 1/2 hrs until tender
