Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. cornstarch
- 1 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 4 c. fresh strawberries, halved
- 2 c. fresh raspberries
- 2 c. fresh blackberries

Preparation
Step 1
In a lg. saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water, lemon juice and syrup. Stir in the berries. Bring to a boil over med. heat; cook and stir for 2 min. or until thickened.
Serve immediately or transfer to freezer containers. May be frozen for up to 3 months.
*To use frozen sauce: Thaw in fridge overnight. Place in a saucepan and heat thru.
