Ingredients
- Cranberry Pecan Mayonnaise:
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1/2 c. whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pecans, roasted
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- Sandwich:
- 1 loaf focaccia bread
- 3 lettuce leaves
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced cooked turkey
- 1/4 lb. sliced Gouda cheese
- 8 slices tomato
- 6 bacon strips, cooked

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the mayo, cranberry sauce, mustard, pecans and honey.
Cut bread in half horizontally; spread with mayo mixture. Layer with lettuce, turkey, cheese, tomato and bacon; replace bread top. Cut into wedges.
