Ingredients
- 4 LBS shortribs
- 2 TBL oil
- 2 med onions, sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp worceshire
- 1 C water
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1/4 C vinegar
- 6 oz med. noodles
- 1 C water
- 1 15OZ can tomato sauce
- oil

Preparation
Step 1
in dutch oven brown meat in hot oil
add onions
blend together tomato sauce, 1st cup of water, brown sugar, vinegar,
salt, dry mustard & worschesire.
pour over meat
cover & simmer for 2 - 2 1/2 hrs or until done
skim off fat
stir in uncooked noodles & 2nd cup of water.
cover, stirring occasionally for 15-20 min
