Ingredients
- 2 lb stew meat
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of golden mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of onion soup
- 1 can 8 oz sliced mushrooms, drained*
- salt and pepper
- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, cubed
- 1 8 oz container sour cream
- 6 cups hot noodle
- I use fresh mushrooms, sautéed in butter and added with cram cheese and sour cream.

Preparation
Step 1
Mix beef, onions, soups, mushrooms and seasonings and add to slow cooker.8-10 Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until beef is very tender. Stir cream cheese into beef mixture until melted and add sour cream. Stir and serve over noodles.
