Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 green onion, cut into pieces
- 1/2 C grated parmigiano-reggiano
- cheese, divided
- 1/3 C mayo
- 1/4 C (2oz) cream cheese
- 1 TBL fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 12 oz frozen artichoke harts,
- thawed & drained
- cooking spray
- 24 (1/2) slices baguette, toasted

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 400
place garlic & onion in food processor
process until finely chopped
add 1/4C parmigiano & next 4 ingred (through pepper)
process until almost smooth
add artichoke hearts
pulse until artichoke hearts are coarsely chopped
spoon mix. into 3C gratin dish coated w/ cooking spray
sprinkle evenly w/ remaining parmigiano
bake @400 for 15 min or until thoroughly heated & bubbly
serve hot w/ baguette
