Ingredients
- 1 C orange marmalade
- 8 oz dijon mustard
- 1/4 C honey
- 1 TBL lemon juice
- 1 TBL curry powder
- 8 chicken breasts, skinned & boned

Preparation
Step 1
in sm. saucepan, mix marmalade, mustard, honey, lemon juice & curry powder
simmer for 5 min
place chicken in prepared pan
pour sauce over chicken
bake covered 30 min in 375 oven
uncover & continue baking until chicken feels firm
occasionally, baste chicken w/ pan juices to glaze
