I adapted this recipe from the "Cooking Enthusiast" catalog. It is a sweet and spicy glaze perfect for baked or grilled ham.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp ginger, finely grated
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbs honey
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tsp Chinese five spice powder
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Heat gently whisk to combine.
3. Remove from heat and let cool.
4. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to develop.
5. Use as directed in your ham recipe. Keep refrigerated for up to two weeks.
