Ingredients
- 1 C minced fresh basil
- 1 C canola oil
- 1/2 C lemon juice
- 1/4 C white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breast
- halves (6oz each)

Preparation
Step 1
in sm. bowl, combine 1st 8 ingred.
pour 1 1/2 C into lg. resealable plastic bag
add chicken
seal bag & turn to coat
refrig for 4 hrs or overnight, turning occasionally
cover & refrig remaining marinade for basting
drain & discard marinade
grill chicken covered over med heat for 6-8 min on each side
or 170
basting occasionally w/ reserved marinade
