Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6oz each)
- 1 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 6 TBL soy sauce
- 1/4 C butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- dash Liquid Smoke

Preparation
Step 1
sprinkle fillets w/ lemon-pepper, garlic powder & curry powder
cover & refrig for 30 min
in lg. resealable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, butter, worces. sauce &
liquid smoke
add salmon
seal bag & turn to coat
refrig for 30 min
drain & discard marinade
place salmon skin side down on grill rack
grill, covered over med. heat for 8-12 min or until fish flakes easily w/ fork
