Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 quick oats
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 2t. baking powder
- dash salt
- 1/2 c. oil (I have used 1/3 c., but they do come out a little dry)
- 1/4, 1/3 or 1/2 c. sugar ( I have used all three. For myself, I use less; when I have given them away I use 1/2c.)
- 2 T. fresh lemon juice or vinegar added to a 1/2 c. dairy or nondairy milk
- 1 c. craisins
- chopped walnuts

Step 1
In large bowl, mix first 5 ingredients.
Add in the remaining ingredients and mix gently.
Drop by large spoonsful on oiled or lined baking sheets.
400 degrees (375 convection) for 20 minutes
